A George VI sterling silver two-handled trophy cup, hallmarked Birmingham, 1937, by Roberts & Dore Ltd (RC & Co). Of traditional deep-bowl form, it features a flared foliate-decorated rim and twin ornate scroll handles, all raised on a stepped circular foot. The body is professionally engraved for the "Motspur Park Bowling Club Novices Championship." A heavy-gauge and highly decorative example of inter-war presentation silver.
