A charming late Victorian/early Edwardian sterling silver jug by the renowned Birmingham makers Levi & Salaman, 1900. Of bulbous form, the jug features a sweeping C-scroll handle and a broad, elegant pouring spout. The body is finely decorated with a continuous band of crisp foliate engraving, showcasing the firm's precision craftsmanship. Fully hallmarked for Birmingham, 1900. An excellent example of turn-of-the-century domestic silver.
