A substantial Victorian sterling silver coffee pot of elegant tapered form, hallmarked London, 1882. The body is expertly decorated in the bright-cut style with intricate floral swags and refined foliate borders, featuring a domed hinged cover surmounted by an ornamental finial. Bearing the inventory number "1028" to the underside, this heavy-gauge piece (800g) exemplifies the superior craftsmanship of late 19th-century London silversmithing. Presented in excellent antique condition with original handle insulators.

Origin: London, UK.

Year: 1882.

Weight: ~800g.

Height: 22cm.

Condition: Excellent; engraving is sharp and clear; no significant bruising or repairs to the tapered body.

Auctioneer's Note: The presence of an inventory number suggests a commission from a premier London retailer. The 800g weight makes this a particularly robust and tactile example of High Victorian dining silver.
